My name is Levi Knox; founder of Mountain Meals, husband, and father of six. My wife, Kylee, and I bought our first hotdog cart in 2019, launching Moutain Meals in spring of 2020. Since then, we have been striving to bring delicious food to the Methow Valley one plate at a time! My teams is dedicated to sourcing your meals from local farmers and butchers as often as possible. You can catch us flipping bugers across the street from Hanks (just follow the yummy aromas) in Twisp!

My team and I can also be found at many local events for the community or smoking the perfect meal for someone’s big day. I feel truly blessed to live in such a magnificent place surrounded by this wounderful community and it’s many visitors. My family and I are excited to be serving our community (and it’s visitors) for many years to come! I look forward to working with you for any of your special occasion.
